Homegrown 2020

In 2020, I've turned my back on New York and returned to the South where I grew up. I'm self-employed, and have the ability to work from home, so I'm able to devote the time needed to growing much of my own food. The climate in Florida means that I have almost a year-round growing season, which is a huge benefit. Don't fight culture vs. providing skills

One of the most important ideas mentioned in the Innovation tips is "Don't fight culture." Same goes in the U.S. People aren't going to give up their SUVs, so stop trying to make them drive Priuses and just give them more environmentally-friendly SUVs. Lord knows, wheeling around in a giant vehicle is half of what makes us American.

That being said, I wonder if this fights a little bit with the idea of "providing skills" along with finished technology. I suppose it would…

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
