Challenge Idea1

I am writing this message, because I have done all of the missions so far, and I have nothing else to do but wait for the next mission. So, here's an idea in 3 simple steps:

1. Get used to your community-Talk to neighbors, employees, etc.(This will get you used to the people around you)

2. Do a good deed or a community service project.-Volunteer, donate,etc.

3.Tell people to join Evoke and think about helping the world!

*Don't forget to… Continue

Urgent Message!Help Ashoka Fellows!

I, and many others have read about the Ashoka Fellows projects before, and they make magic happen. This project has been in India, China, Latin America, and Africa. They have joined together to make a difference, and supply clean and drinkable water to these places. Think about yourself. Would you like to be living parched, with no one to help? Without supporting this project, many people will feel this way. So I am trying to tell all of these people in the world to donate, donate, donate now!… Continue

Play Pump

It is very interesting how there is this pump that runs on children playtime. This merry-go round that is placed in Africa pumps gallons of water when children ride it! It makes the hard work of pumping water from the ground easier, and makes a good source of water for kids. To start off this pump, people would have to use the merry-go round, meaning, if they play a lot, they get rewarded with all of the clean water they have made.

The Largest Swimming Pool

March 24, 2020,

Today is the day that we have opened the world's largest swimming pool. Today, we have opened a swimming pool bigger than a football field! Hopefully, this event will make people think about the amount of water in the world. I hate to waste all of this water to get people's attention. Today, I cut the ribbon. The pool was opened officially for everyone! Our community swimming pool is the largest one yet, with thousands of gallons of water. I stop the cheer and step up at the… Continue

The Celebration of 2020

It's 2020. I put together the last touches to my brother's birthday party. He would be like 27 or something. Time has gone by fast. I want to enjoy this celebration by turning on the spectacular lights I have taped across the house. I flip the switch. Nothing happens. Darn, that's not a good sign. I grab an extra flashlight and walk down to the basement. Luckily, some guy has created a backup battery. Then I think for a sec.… Continue

My Idea of Energy

Think about the world around you. What comes in abundance of, but not yet used for energy? The answer is garbage. G-A-R-B-A-G-E. Every day, people throw out tons of garbage that cannot be recycled. I think that if there were some way to turn waste into a non-toxic liquid, energy can be created from it. Let's think about it. Scientists have already invented turbines that turn water into energy. If scientists can somehow turn waste into a water-like substance, this will be effective to both… Continue

A Way of Food, A way of Life

More farmers every day need to have the right tools and items to grow their food. Without these items, it would be harder for people to grow crops in time and to know when to prepare for farming. Sudden changes in the world has affected the way people's plants and crops grow. If more places can have enough technology to grow food, not as many people will go hungry. Today, scientists are developing new ideas and inventions. This will help others from starvation.

The Soccer Ball of the Future

Jessica Lin has created a spectacular invention-Or should I say an energized one. Jessica Lin and her team from Harvard created a soccer ball that creates natural energy. This soccer ball absorbs the actions of a player, and allows people to create long-lasting energy. This is a great way to make energy for the world, and to keep people fit.

Food Security

One of the ways that I always tried to do, was to eat or cook fruits and vegetables by removing the seeds first. Most of the time, my family throws out the seeds, and it always goes to waste. Instead, I decided that families who waste plant seeds should use them to grow more fruits and vegetable, so there wouldn't be such a waste in fruit products. I told my mom this idea, and she has tried to grow tomatoes, and it worked. I think that the key to this idea is to get into the habit of taking out… Continue

In 2020, I will be eating...

If there is a food crisis in 2020, I might be eating meager amounts of foods. Hopefully, there won't be a food crisis in 2020. If someone were able to make an unlimited amount of food, then I might be eating world-class dining or something. In 2020, I might be eating things that I want in unlimited amounts, or I might be eating small things like a piece of bread a day. I hope that before 2020, many people in the world can have just enough food so they… Continue

Innovation and how it can be Meaningful

Innovation (often) comes from constraint (If you’ve got very few

resources, you’re forced to be very creative in using and reusing them.) This idea about innovation is a very important definition on the subject. I think that this definition on innovation shows that when you are in need of something, you can use the sources that you already have. For example, you can make a Halloween costume out of cardboard. It will still turn out to be great, even if you just have paint and glue or… Continue

Afrigadget

The project Afrigadget sounds very interesting. This idea is about different inventions that help Africa. This idea can help a lot of people because the company tries to reduce poverty. They make different hand-made things that can help others and their needs. I think that this is a cool idea that many people can be helped with different things.

Imagine-2020

In 2020, I might be in New York or Canada, or some big city. If there were a problem in Tokyo, and Alchemy asked me to help, I would help him to the best of my ability. I believe that if people are chosen for a reason to do something, they should decide to fulfill that mission themselves, or decide what to do with it. I would decide to help Tokyo if it were in a food crisis. I feel bad for everyone that cannot get enough food. They were created and should not live such a short life. I would try… Continue

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
