2020: I work with strategy support for visionairs

Many people have lots of ideas and inspiration, but difficulties bringing their ideas to reality. In my profession I help getting structure on their thoughts in order to bring the idea from a vision to a realistic plan. I also make connections between people with similar interests and fields. A broad network of people with different experiences are connected to my business. They help each other by sharing knowledge or do collaborative work.

When I bring people together in new teams I facilitate them in group processes in order to help them work as smooth and perform as good as possible. We put motivational theories into practice, which brings “my teams” to perform much better than they would have done otherwise. People enjoy so much working with the teams I facilitate, so the network is constantly growing. Luckily there are always a few who get interested in the facility-part of my work, so I have many co-workers who constantly develops our theories and help teams improve their performance.

When Alchemy calls me to help with the food crisis in Tokyo it’s because of my skills in coordinating ideas from people all over the world and stitch them together in a plan (or a few complementary plans) that might save the world.

Sara - I would love to be involved in a project like you describe. I have never heard someone outline a way for someone with my skill set to be so powerfully involved with bringing change. Do you have a model for this kind of organization?

Not right now, but maybe we can outline it together? This is my vision! :)

Today I work with similar topics as a teacher at a project leader programme (where motivational aspects from games serve as an inspiration for how to bring motivation to work places).

I would love to discuss this further, though. Exactly where in my vision do you feel that you fit in?

Sara: I feel that I am skilled in helping people think through things and coaching them. At critical thinking and project management. So I think I would be a useful addition to the kind of team/organization that you are imagining.

I believe it is called mediation. You want to be a mediator.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
