A car is a device that almost everybody in the world will agree can be improved. It releases the deadly carbon monoxide, it depletes the Earth's natural gases, and it isn't natural. Most cars are very expensive- 15000 dollars at the very least, and that is considered cheap. Many luxury cars are 100000+ dollars. But in cities they are the basic form of transportation and most people today will not even consider a life without automobiles. So if it were possible I would propose a car made of cheap but long-lasting materials, completely dependent on electricity, that could cost under 5000 dollars. That is a sum which many can afford, it is better (but still not good) for the environment, and it can last long. That seems like a perfect car that suits our needs- except of course people still demand a need for fashion, a ridiculously high and unneeded horse-power, and car racing. Otherwise, it is a car automakers can try to make.
