Berlin, Alexanderplatz. Midday. Old peoples sitting on the streets. Old women are knitting and old men are listening to the radio while drinking beer. The people look exhausted and dissapointed. Between the high buildings in the background and the television tower the people look lost and not fitting in this modern world anymore. Few joung people are passing which don’t realize the old people anymore.In the front there is one young woman reading an article in the newspaper with the headliner : Where to go with the old people?

Mrs. Bundeskanzlerin we need real help!
PANEL B
The office of the Bundekanzlerin. In the backgound the silhouette of Berlin. The Bundeskanzlerin is sitting on a chair behind her table. She looks worried and deep in thoughts.One assistant is standing in front of the window looking down on the street,where old people are protesting. They have signs in their hands: Old people not wanted anymore!50 years working for nothing!
GOVENOR 1
We can’t pay enough pensions to the old people,because we don’t get enough revenues from the working part of our population.We don’t have enough young people and we also can’t let them work their wh*** life long.
OFF-PANEL 2
Mrs. Bundeskanzlerin if there will be a economical recession we are in danger of more people who are dependable on the government. It could lead to more hungry people. And it is not only in Berlin, also Hamburg, Frankfurt and Cologne have serious problems.
GOVERNOR 3
I cannot let this happen. I will not. Not in my city.
PANEL C
Same location. The Bundeskanzlerin got up of her chair. Her assistant is standing closer to the desk and is looking to the Bundeskanzlerin.
GOVERNOR 1
I will ask for their help!
ASSISTANT 1
But who are they? It’s said the network was responsible for saving Bejing during the big people flood which came into the city and wasn’t handable anymore in 2018. But they’ve never taken credit. They never do.
GOVERNOR 2
So, if they’re real, I need to get in touch with them.I have to send an EVOKE to them!It has to come from me!

QUINN: That will be a lot of of work, but I will think about solutions on my way to get there!

ASSISTANT 1
It’s for you, madame. It’s him.
GOVERNOR 1
So he really does exist.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
