I am embarking on a project that will not only change my life but the lives of everyone I work with. My original business plan was a simple concept of installing organic gardens for people in their yards so they could enjoy fresh clean produce that they had a part in. My idea is backed my 5 years work experience in organic farming in this area. I have come to see a tremendous potential for bigger opportunities in this work. I am also very active in the kitchen and love canning and making all sorts of jellies, jams, pickles, chutneys, sauces, and naturally fermented foods. I have equipment and working knowledge that I want to pass onto others. I want to host some gatherings where people can come together with anything they have to offer whether it's time, supplies and/or produce and have great time learning and making food products. When we get to a point where we are producing a lot of goods we can give them away and any donations of money can be given to a local charity or community project.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat.
