EVOKE is at its best when the bonds between agents are strong and when the sense of common purpose is clear. Today the challenges facing EVOKE are immense. Our unity is overwhelmed by mud slinging, our fabric is frayed and our system has compartmentalized. But these problems will be sorted out by pulling together and working together.
Real change comes when the agents are inspired and mobilized, when millions of us are fired up to play a part in the globe’s future. Yes this is ambitious. Yes it is optimistic.
We will improve the performance of EVOKE with a renewed focus on following high priority areas with legitimate weightage to those covered in EVOKE1:
*Regional disparities
*Terrorism
*Intellectual property issues.
*Social security.
*Strengthen backward and forward linkages of agriculture and industry.
*Legal provisions for downtrodden
*Real time early warning system
*Governance
*Human rights
Four ethical parameters of transparency, openness, rules, and accountability will guide the EVOKE. Hence, we, the agents will be transparent, accountable, and the network will be built on a clear, simple set of rules. We will face up to our shortcomings.
EVOKE will have discipline, hardwired into culture which will produce durable, tangible benefits to the society.
We will take all steps in reinvigorating EVOKE with a policy of equality and uniformity. The only way EVOKE can survive is by dramatically improving the skills of agents. We will promote fair access to different types of widgets to all the EVOKE agents besides an inbuilt capacity building programmes about their uses before the onset of actual missions creating a level playing field for open source ICT so that we can unlock the potential of agents to transform future of EVOKE.
For any discord in the EVOKE that may arise, will be resolved amicably and the agents will always be guided by a dogged optimism in the future
We will strengthen and support social enterprises to help deliver EVOKE intellectual property and services to the needy.

This is inspiring. And easy to read. We need well thought of objectives for each mission.
And entrepreneurship should be highlighted. It seems, that with one exception, nobody got many points for entrep;reneurship in season one, while the potential of us teaming together seems to be worth: ... ... ... ?
