A crash course in changing the world.
Lyricists and Singers
Lyricists! Here are some tips to help you get in.
1) Lyrics in different languages are encouraged. (african languages are best) So please put the translation (in english) under the foreign lyrics.
2) If you want to sing it too please make a video and upload it.
3) don't make it too specific. Try to be as encompassing as possible. Use metaphors. You want everyone to be able to relate to it.
4) Remember what we're writing about and look at EVOKE for inspiration. There's tons of topics that you can make songs out of.
Singers! Here's some tips to help ensure that you get in.
1) memorize the chosen lyrics for the song. try singing lead. The more emotion you put in it the better.
2) LOOK GOOD FOR THE CAMERA! Because you're singing... you're front and center. You're the head of the song. Make sure you look good doing it and put in a lot of emotion so the audience can connect with the song.
3) try different things, adding oooooos and aahhhhs will almost certainly get you in.
4) don't be afraid to sing the same thing as someone else. we can always use harmonies.

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
