Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

It is the year 2020 and i am desperately wishing my eye prescription would match the year. I am sitting at the kitchen table reading the paper and eating some cereal, probably mini wheats my favorite. My wife would be comming down the stairs as she had to shower, so i can for one of those few times tease her about how slow she is getting ready. Event though we both know it is me who typically holds us up. We talk about some stuff in the news the normal morning chit chat. I round up my briefcase and get ready to go to work, while my wife finishes getting the children ready for school. today is her turn.

I am very blessed a do not need to drive to work, it a nice 10 minute walk through a park and into my my fortress of solitude, though sometimes i am sure it look more like a fortress of chaos. I sit down at the computer and make sure i got all the grades right on my students assignments. I notice that one of the students grades have been starting to slip, and i make a mental of it to try and talk to him during the recess break.

Brrriiiiing the bell rings and students pour in, the wonderful mixed odour of a grade 10 class fills my nose, some of the students have not quite figured out hygiene yet and others tend to use to much cologne or perfume. Either way the smell brings a sense of remembrance of my high school years.

As i walk up to the smart board i glance outside at the beautiful gold of the grass and the earthly tones that descend as the school year starts to pick up. My brithday will becoming soon, i thought, hopefully we get to go to chuck-e-cheese some where fun for me and the kids. Though my poor wife may end up looking after more than just our children.

As class winds down and the student leave to go to their next class i sit down and click on a very stange looking icon that appeared on my desktop, i assumed it was some game that i let my children download to play while i wrapped my work at the end of the day, i figured i should see what kinda games my children are playing it could be very fun. as soon as i clicked it that when i realized that was no game....

There was this green tribal face staring at me named alchemy telling me he needed my help as alchemy countined to talk the students started to find their way into their next class....

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
