Why just one hero, when I can have a complete website of it ?
In my opinion there are so many people in the world, which are great social innovaters and it is hard to just pick one of them as your personal hero. While I was searching for interesting projects and their initiators I found Till Behnke, who is one of the founders of www.betterplace.org, a website that spotlights different social projects all over the world. There are all kinds of projects in every kind of size.
You have the possibility to inform yourself about a certain project and support it by spending money. The special thing is that your are just spending for a single project. You can also tell the others about your own projects and can ask the community for help.
The website of betterplace.org is actually supporting over 2200 projects in 119 countries. I choose not to follow only Behnke, but the entire side and register as a member. It is a good way to get informed about new projects an when you decide to support one of it you will be informed by email if there are news about this project.

The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
