Co-working areas are a really neat concept. Is this a commercial project?
I've been seeing co-working spaces geared towards social innovation in Toronto and in Ann Arbor, Michigan and in Windsor - where I live - there is going to be a temporary co-working space for the month of July!

Nice! We have a few in Los Angeles including @blankspaces which hosted a recent conference for us. Our intentional community @sugarshack also functions as coworking by day and living space at night with room for creative artists and we are looking to create a coworking production facility for many organizations to share in downtown Los Angeles later this year. Collective Hardware is in lower Manhattan NYC on Bowery Street and has a great feel thanks to the catalysts who put it together. I heard they have a 20 year lease!
