Social innovators take a something basic and original and they solve tough problems with what they are given. They don't wait around for a hero to "coming to the rescue." They create solutions. Everyone can be a social innovator. You just have to use your imagination to solve the toughest problems, or evoke it. But sometimes your imagination isn't the best resource. Your imagination can help you, but sometimes it can hurt you. Like, lets say your fire runs out in the middle of the woods while camping. Your imagination might tell you to chop down trees and use sticks to make a fire. But some problems could happen. So, a secret social innovator use is to talk to the right people. Your imagination might not always be something that can happen in real life and maybe you can't think of anything. So, why not just ask someone who has experience? A person who has experience is a person who was in the same problem before. They can be your biggest help. If they tell you about your experience and how THEY tried to solve it, you can try that solution, and then you can improve on that solution. Like, if a person had the same problem while camping, they could use a rope and CLIMB up a tree and cut some branches off. You can use this solution and improve on it. Like, instead of a rope, you can use a rope to PULL the branch down and cut it instead. This secret can make anyone a social innovator.
