Water For People is a wonderful organization. It helps people in developing countries improve the quality of life by supporting drinking water resources, sanitation facilities, and hygiene education programs. 783 million people don't have access to clean drinking water and 2.5 billion don't have clean facilities. Every day 6,000 people die from water-related illnesses, and the majority are children. In my opinion, I think that if we spend time making more organizations based on Water For People we could decrease the amount of unclean water.
i would donate to multiple organizations. i would do this because i want to help the world change in their sanity of water and the amount of water people have.
Water for people is a great organization that improves the standard of living in developing countries that all over the world by giving clean water supplies, purifying waste water and improving sewage systems. They are world changes beacuse they help people everywhere. I will totally join forces with these guys!!!!!!
I found Water for People. This orginization is a huge inspiration and makes a huge difference in the lives of many countries that need help. They make it known how serious other countries cases are and they try to replenish the water and lend a helping hand
Water For People helps people in developing countries improve quality of life by supporting the development of locally sustainable drinking water resources, sanitation facilities and hygiene education programs. I would help by donating in any possible way and try to not pollute water.
I already ave ties to an organization called Mundito that helps partly with water sanitation and helps to keep clean water out of sewage lines and helps to purify it for drinking. I donate to them sometimes so maybe I'll donate more often now!
I would find a way so that we can pump for clean water but still let it replenish itself. I will also join a water security organization.
I would do many things to help water security. I would probably find new ways to pump clean water from underground.
I would donate to a local organization to help water security.
ACT 4
Every German uses about 162 litre of water during the day. That means depicted a filled bathtub. One single toilet flush in the industrialised countries consumes as much water as one person in a developing country has at his/her disposal for washing, drinking and cooking per day. So this facts put me in a refelctive mood. One way of responding to this could be the use of special water-saving toilets and showers, repair of seals and use of rainwater could be only some small improvements. During the research I came across with some creative ideas which connect art and treatment of nature and natural resources.
For me particularly effective is the concept of the designer
Yonggu Do, Dohyung Kim und Sewon Oh. Here the water consumption is particularly evident. Exactly 1 litre water fits inside this armature, sufficient for a quick handwash.
The theory being that we waste almost six liters of water and use only one, while washing hands. Once the stored one-liter is used up, you have to turn-off the tap till the next one liter fills up the tube.
