The world of the blind have shown us that these activities are still possible and that many can thrive without sight, even better than some of us who have 20/20 vision. Food from the Future

The amazing thing about food is that once I realized how simple it was to begin growing it, the work the food did for itself to grow was amazing.

So here I am, the year is 2012. The garden has been growing for 2 years now. The neighbors have united in producing a once dirt lot into a bountiful garden that supplements the food for the rest of the neighborhood that may not have access to water. Food In My Community

Since I have already begun my own garden I decided to 'share the wealth' with my neighbors. Many of my neighbors here in South Phoenix are immigrants from Mexico. They do not speak much english (but I am taking Spanish this semester) and we get by and end up sharing thoughts quite fluently. The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
