Talk to the Neighbors

I want around asking the neighbors if they new what strategies our city has in case of some major troubles and dangers, but no one knew much, some knew that there is the civil protection office, but no clear ideas appear to be known.

about my idea of using some system to filter the noise off the social media and more specific the use of the Ushahidi software to help in the surge of violance most of them like the idea, but they would like to know how is that the information that… Continue

Fighting Crime and Violence

After reading about Ushahidi and research a little about it I bacame very interested in all the possible ways it could be used for the study of lots of different phenomenons.

As far I can forsee here in Mexico violence will continue to spread, the fight among the organized crime, drug cartels and the army will spread around the major supply chain routes of the cartels, lately some University students and other civilians had been killed in this conflict and I think Ushahidi may have the… Continue

MEXICO / HUMAN TRAFFICKING CAMPAIGN

In my Investigation about this new MEXICO / HUMAN TRAFFICKING CAMPAIGN

The campaign is of great importance because of the dangers and suffering that the Human Traffic brings to society, not much information is available but I could find the principal destinations of slavery from Mexico.

this is important information because knowing where is the flow of slaves makes more easy to fight against it.

"The US is the biggest market for slaves from Mexico. While many remain… Continue

money-time

To do this mission I decide to take a somewhat new approach, use the time and skill I have as a currency in exchange of someone else time and skill.

A local plumber around needed some legal advise respect his importation of some material he is bringing from US and that might not pay royalties here because of the Free Trade Zone, none the less he was not sure about it, I offered to him my service in knowledge and time.

In exchange from this we made a deal he will help with some… Continue

Micro Credits and Special Drawning Rights

By definition Money is anything that we accept in Exchange of something else, in that since Money and currencies are really big fields subjects to lots of innovative ideas.

But thinking within my background in economics I can say that its not the most relevant, because whatever is the innovation around the Money the problem Strives in how to make

it go to the hands of the people who need it most; In…

World Water Day 2020

The event I would create in the 2020, follows the same logic that the earth hour event, the subject should be how hard is to live in a world with scarce water, so during that day for the 24 hours in all the important cities, citizens wont be able to use water freely, they must live that day with a constraint supply.

this event can generate awareness about the reallity that many people around the world face each day and with that understanding generate a change in atitude and modify… Continue

Rain Harvesting

My favorite water solution is the rain haversting, an example of these can be found here

http://www.ecologiaverde.com/reciclar-agua-de-lluvia-para-consumo/

I think its a very good solution because it has a relative low cost and a great level of efficiency, this solution is particulary good for cleaning and irrigation porpuses but can easily be transformed to consume porpuses with a boiling… Continue

electromagnetic fields

Almost all the electronics we use generate electromagnectic fields, so my idea is that we can recycle that electromagnetic energy.

My idea is a devide that could recollect all the electromagnetism around and transform it back to electricity in two kind of ways; the first directrly transforming to electricity that can be feed to be deployed again for ilumination porpuses, the second and perhaps more reliable is using some kind of electromagnetic induction to charge all batery stuff… Continue

everyday life in 2020

I can not think in any particular event, but more in a way of fueling everyday life, I think that for the year 2020, the way all of us move will be really different and and

efficient not powered by electricity like most electric or hybrids to day but

by the most abundant element in the universe hydrogen.

The Hydrogen Engine will make possible that the World move with clean energy and cheap costs,…

Dinner 2020

In the Year 2020 I will hopefully leaving in the Mexico City, probably working in some government dependence in the field of economic development, I will be having dinner with my

girlfriend (whoever she is at that time), both of us like fresh food and we

prefer natural organic food rather than transgenic one, so we buy our food from

local farms even if the price is little higher it worth’s it for the quality

and also because it helps keep…

Strategies in Mexico for the food/nutrition problem

The biggest food problem in Mexico can be located in several places but the places with the greatest concentration are in the highly rural and jungle states like Oaxaca or Chiapas

where people mostly children have great need for a better caloric diet that allows

them to develop in a proper way.

In this places families live with very few money, have no constant or fix income and the education is…

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
