A new unconventional bank has just been opened in the "World" square and it is called Capacity Investment Bank (CIB). CIB has been a joint effort of young entrepreneurs and philantropists, and it is intended for local community development. CIB is a pilot project, and when it succeeds in meeting its aspirations, other branches will be opened as well in other towns and places. The unique feature of CIB is that it provides development counsel and guidance to local businesses, in order to upgrade… Continue

Thus, in exchange of the services provided, I might receive from them their products. Continue

Future use of money

If I have been given the opportunity to make good or alternative use of money that would serve the interests of mankind, I would have devised a monetary system that would not be vulnerable to financial schocks, speculations and be resilient to crises. I would have invented a system that would preserve the interests of people in face of mounting economic hardships and downturns. Furthermore, I would have initiated a framework of monetary and financial ethics that would hinder any sort of…

Water campaigns

I would suggest that international campaigns (musical, festivals, lectures…) are held, in different parts of the world, during which the attendants raise their voice in regard to demands for better service in water supply and sanitation, especially in the developing countries, based on…

In my country, Lebanon, there are many cases, especially in the rural areas, when, as a result of inefficient technologies and lack of maintenance, sewage and potable water pipes' contents are mingled with each other, as a result of leakage. In other words, leakage caused by sewage pipes intrudes either into the water wells or into the broken potable water pipes, causing immense damage to human health. Therefore it is imperative to adopt efficient technologies in order to prevent…

Unfortunately, and at the local (Lebanese) level, there are no indications of any scientific breakthroughs that might enhance the lives of the local citizens. The closest thing that I can mention, which is still considered trivial, is the government's intention to replace fuel with gas…

I have read the enclosed doc**ents, one by one, and I have found them very interesting, where they can be used as references for prospective research work. In my opinion, in addition to challenges emanating from nature, the lack of combined efforts of mankind is still unattainable, in order to reach into…

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
