A crash course in changing the world.
2020's Unforgettable World Water Day
What a great mission! There were so many ideas circulating through my mind when I read the brief. I'd even go as far as saying this imagine is my favorite yet! My 2020 World Water Day will be one people will remember for centuries! World Water Day will make international headlines: the awareness raised will be massive!
I would start off by giving WWD a great "image". I plan on advertising the importance of WWD 3 weeks before the phenomenal day itself. The plan is to portray water, being essential for our planet's survival AND to show that the future of water is in our hands! I have found two spectacular images that portray this brilliantly.

This picture shows that water IS our planet! It outlines the importance of water clearly.

As you can see, it brings across a powerful message. It's up to us to ensure the security of water and in turn the survival of our planet!
On to the big day itself. WWD is an international day, so I plan on making the event worldwide. My big idea is to make massive life rings (sized up versions of the ones you would normally find on ships). These life rings shall be placed in the bays of many coastal cities all around the world! What does it represent though? Well the answer is clear. The empty life rings on the ocean will show that we are making an effort to save water!

Take a look at this picture and what it signifies. Now imagine similar scenes all around the world. Unforgettable! In every major city, there will be a life ring, showing that cities support in WWD. Such an event can only turn heads. The world's attention will be drawn to WWD. Let's just hope that it will make a difference.

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
