A crash course in changing the world.
IMAGINE1.
Ten years from now I will be living back in my home state of Minnesota. I will be working at the Minneapolis/St.Paul airport air traffic control tower with a suburban house and maybe a child or two but that is as ordinary as I want it. I will be working with organizations in trying to help the homeless obtain a healthier lifestyle. I will be saving up for yearly trips to Jamaica to help build homes and schools with a church or organization. I also want to take random trips to countries and learn about their culture and way of life. I want to experience what it is like to truly live in that country. I want to be uncomfortable in not knowing what will happen next.
I want to help the children in my youth group get a grasp on what the meaning of life really is. That life doesn't just exist within their community and circle of friends. I will help them realize that life isn't about self gain but but giving to others in any way possible. There is everything to gain from losing oneself for the aid of others.
My backyard will have a large garden in which vegetables will be grown and canned for year round use. There will be a small chicken coup with 4 chickens and any extra eggs will be given to the local shelter and surrounding neighbors.
I do not want to fall into a routine that so many Americans are living. Going about their daily lives only to bring pleasure to themselves and blocking out the rest of the world. I want my life to expand to a global level and witness many cultures on many different levels. In ten years I will be reaching for more knowledge and experiences not to only better myself but others.

The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
