From a psychological standpoint, I feel that this very premise highlights the principle that, “fear of the unknown brings people anxiety,” articulating how the first, critical component of communication involves “understanding conflicting and uncertain information.”: Overall, the hallmark of this tip and its relative importance is to contextualize information such that false alarms, overboard panic, and/or complacency can be avoided. #Learn9
