Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

It's the year 2020... as I prepare to sit down and enjoy my meal for the evening, I reflect back on how things were in 2014. A lot has changed since I first became an Urgent Evoke agent. Meals are less scare worldwide now and agriculture is stronger than ever, still producing the healthiest, wh***some and safe food products that families love and need. Over the years, working both with Urgent Evoke and as the head of quality control for my meat processing company, I've seen the communication gap close between consumers and producers as the US agriculture industry took already strong food safety practices and developed them to be even stronger. As the years have passed by, things like crop production, animal welfare, food safety and food security have increased worldwide.

Now, home from work, I sit at the dinner table with my family in our humble abode as we give thanks for the meal laid out before us. The vegetables in tonight's meal were some of the crops harvested from our farmland; the beef was produced from the herd of cattle raised in our back pastures. My family and I grow crops according to the seasons- we harvest for market but also hold back bushels for ourselves to enjoy. We sell cattle to local beef industry companies and also slaughter steers for ourselves when we need to.

Tonight, we enjoy sauteed mushrooms, butternut squash, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and dry-aged ribeye steaks. Although food security has increased around the world, there are obviously still areas that are still improving though. My family and I realize this and are especially thankful for what we have. There is a special satisfaction that comes from growing and producing your own food and then getting to prepare it into a full meal for your family to enjoy.

As I sit and watch my family as they enjoy their meals, in the back of my mind I'm already thinking about how to help food security continue to grow for families just like mine all around the world....

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
