For my episode of season two, I have used Alchemy's template for the Food Security crisis as the basis of my script. I have been teaching fundamental principles of the flavor, color, and type of foods to eat in order to improve health and wellness for nearly a decade! It is so simple that even school children can learn and enjoy. I pass a mirror out to each class or audience member and then teach them how to observe the patterns, color, and 'moss' or coating that appears on their TONGUE! Yes, they stick out their tongues and learn the ancient Asian medicine model of a****sing tongue evidence. Then they are taught how foods interact with their unique consititution using handouts with supporting information to help them make those choices.
