Powering 2020

In 2020, I imagine that I'll be spending Labor day in the garden having a picnic with my family. My friends would probably be playing soccer (with the energy storer type)
and if we were to have a meal at night, we'd use Lebone's device of getting energy from the dirt.
We would be storing food and snacks in reusable boxes and baskets with cloth bags..no plastic.
Cellphone devices will be powered by some new innovative resource!

Everything…

Visit this article: http://www.impactlab.com/2010/01/07/eco-friendly-cell-phone-powered-by-coke/

It really is amazing!! I already saw the article in a newspaper locally, so i found it on the website!

Really have to hand it to Daizi Zheng. ! It's a brilliant idea! Phone being powered by coke! Now that's convenient! The battery uses enzymes to power the Nokia…

The Vision

In 2020, I'll probably be laying back in my self designed house in my green garden probably on the latest technology in the future that is powered by renewable resources.
By then, I hope to be a designer of environmental considerate buildings and products

Everything I do, everywhere I go, by 2020 would be environmental friendly. The theme will be green.

The future's key to living to be friendly with the world we live on. I'll probably be keeping track…

The Favorite Secret to Innovation

My favorite secret is how having limited resources forces you to reuse the same resources again (creatively).

This is my favorite secret because being forced to reuse resources is not a wall that stops you from doing something else.

Rather, from being forced to reuse a resources, you are able to rethink NEW ways of using the resources more effectively.

An example is, if you're stuck having only one tractor, the first time you use it, you plow the field in a square motion… Continue

A Meal in 2020

I would imagine a meal in 2020 with my parents on a visit, and the meal would be cooked by my mother.

The meal would be one of my favorites, cabbage soup with carrots. Most likely that we'll be in Thailand, and DoiKham will still be popular, mother would've gotten the ingredients from the local market, and buying the DoiKham products.

By then, DoiKham would have more innovative agriculture that produce these chemical free products.

The Dish would be called Cabbage Soup… Continue

Helping Even Just a Friend

Today, when I told my friend (Nat) about the foods that look abnormally perfect with the pesticides, she replied back that she already knew about them.

But then she told me that she thought there are no places near where we live that sell foods without pesticide.

This was something new, so i told her about the Night Square market near the clock tower. Since that was the place where I buy most of the foods that are assured to not use chemicals.

Just doing that, she now… Continue

Even in the market!!

Thailand's agriculture plays a major role in the economy...then comes the safety part.

Most of the people previously see that large and near perfect shaped crops seem to be better in quality, but they would be so happy to buy them they don't think that those crops may have chemicals inside them.

From this reason, awareness has been raised through media such as commercials, people have been buying more carefully. Sometimes we notice that if the…

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
