Hi Every Agent,
This is a blog for all Agents so please send on. It is not for power votes it is for something completely different.
After a long weekend analysing networking platforms with both a I.T consultant and myself I have created and made ready to use a structured Network platform to use after this ends on the 12th of May for all those wishing to continue to EVOKE. I have made the website with a organised platform so it can be used to not only share information and group knowledge and our current blogs on a range of topics more clearly and easily accessible but to have a real organised professional looking platform to make things also happen and set up real life projects.

EVOKE Forever has been created as a follow on from the UrgentEVOKE project set up by the World Bank Institute. It has been created to allow people to continue to come together, share knowledge on the World and make things happen in key areas affecting the world today to help create a sustainable, developed world for us all.

We are a group of social innovators. From a range of backgrounds understanding sciences, business, psychology, technology, politics to
farming and network creation we together can work on effective projects
to acheive our main set of objectives.

Our Purpose:
• Network for Organised Knowledge/Information and Idea Sharing on the World, it's current state and it's potential future.
• Initiate active participation in World Development; Sustainability and Social Innovation.
• Create Local groups to fulfill objectives; We begin to work locally and then change globally.
Objectives (To be further updated after Launch):
• Promote Sustainable Agriculture - Understand, Analyse, and Solve the Food Security Problem.
• Share knowledge to Rest of world to make issues more known.
• Promote Sustainable Living
• Promote Social Innovation and Reduce, Eradicate and Assist to wipe out poverty.
• Promote Learning, create schools, learning platforms and generate ideas on solutions to tackle world problems.

We will run 6 platforms:
- The main Platform where the magic, knowledge sharing and activity creation happens. After a lot of comparison groupsite.com was decided as the network platform and you will see why. The link is: http://evokeforever.groupsite.com.
- The Facebook Group - Currently it is closed I am making it open later today; http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=10150131340630083 It will be for all to join. Why? It is not going to be no1. It is going to be used as a means to get others interested in out work. Promote ourselves and get our real life activities to have more volunteers and participants. How is it going to be controlled? Agent Karen L. has currently from my communication with online Agents most experience in that field so will ask her best method. Which leads us on to the third platform.
- Twitter - Used to spread events, promote our site and network.
- MySpace - Now this is a platform I have been thinking over the weekend about and yes it is mostly used by artists,etc but therefore it again can be a great tool. So we may need a MySpace manager. I say this as with so many artists signed up. Promoting ourselves on there may get some publicity as well as open our horizon to create a big music event for charities and organisations; ex. glasshouse (Europe).
- Buzz/Google Groups - Google Group set up :-) (Thank you Agent A.V Koshy for idea) Name: Evoke Forever; http://groups.google.com/group/evoke-forever Again will need manager and used similar as facebook not main platform, but to be managed but a couple and share certain updates, so word spreads to larger amounts of people in world. Anyone one Buzz you can add me :-) I already spread word to my current following buzzers.

After a week of initial signing people interested in joining the management team of the top platform; evokeforever.groupsite.com will e-mail/message me. We will arrange a online conference meeting and top platform will be up and running. It will have 5 continent managers, a facebook group manager, a (twitter manager) I put this in brackets as we all who are on twitter can tweet (Agent Karen L. please advise) as well as a MySpace manage, Google Group manager will be needed.
The platforms will be open for all to join and sign up to.
However, how to moderate main platform; http://evokeforever.groupsite.com? Well I have created two simple questions that need to be answered on sign up and is for all; 1.Why in one/few sentences are you joining Evoke Forever? 2. What is/Will be your biggest interest/contribution area for EVOKE Forever you think?
I have created a simple doc**ent explaining the wh*** how to join the platform and usage model here: Joining site_Site Usage.doc. I have completed and added examples in all areas to show what I mean. Please read as made detailed to understand real intrinsics of site usages.
Also when you go to the main page you will see on the right a video box underneath the adds, In a few minutes teaching you through video how to use platform. On main page currently a written summary of above doc**ent file.
I have also made a code of conduct CODE OF CONDUCT.doc
as I have put at the end of it is to be edited after launch but just something for now to ensure we as members dont get off track and are all on same page.

@Karen thanks for all great input. Twibbon checkd it out briefly looks good, we can have abbreviation Evoke4ever E4E.sound good. Think twitter and twibbon will be twitter manager and team to be in charge of and happy for them to create as no point me setting it up and only having password.lol.You sound like maybe best to run that atm with your knowledge, up for it? Create act; Evokeforever and we all individually can then follow and retweet for now and in time we can create twibbon :-)x

I think we should also start filling all the other network sites with info!!! There should be some movement there or people would come, look empty and go. One first thought is to either copy informative blogs from evoke into the groupsite and/or facebook; or at least putting an abstract there and a link to the original evoke post (honestly I don´t think world bank would be as dumb as to delete all the great info here). Second tweet/Buzz/fb share/etc the links to the groupsite/fb posts, with this we´re reaching outside Evoke Network. 20,000 people is good, but I'm sure if we add the fb, gmail, tweet contacts of top 5% of Evoke agents we can get far beyond that number!

Hey Radhika, just checked out everything you have arranged. Very entrepreneurial indeed. Congrats. BUT the following assumption on which you are doing this work -

is not correct.
Urgentevoke is not going to end after May12th. This site will be up. But the only difference will be in activity level between the evokation seasons.
Still E4E can act as a second platform, there is nothing wrong ..but the name will not make sense, since even urgentevoke is forever!.
how about eliteEvokers (EE) or evokersEnclave (EE) or envokersEncore (EE) ..aah am thinking of too many EE's!.
Well apart from the name, the question is - Do we need a second evoking site?.
If no, then we can channel all our efforts on this platform.
If yes, if u have something different on your mind, something different that urgentevoke, this i am up definitely for it.!!!

Hey TJ, honestly reason is even if site remains open this remain seen by many on this network as a game and others just inactive. I set up EvokeForver as a organised platform to organise our blogs easier and also make it a platform for people to really act as well as share knowledge not for points but for real change. Agent Stefano and I are working on collaborating wiki with the plan above as well in organisation of information. If you check out the groupsite you will understand I hope a lot better the organisational layout difference making it more feasible for us all to help make change. Urgent Evoke I commend highly will be granting some of us scholarships, etc. but not to us all...we all receive a thank you award but no direct assistance in collaboration in an organised manner to change the world. I set up Evoke Forever as you may be right this site will not just shut down and that is great to hear as information won't be lost. But Evoke Forever gives us all a chance to collaborate on a larger as well as regional scale. The courage of that will get us recognition from big organisations and through this professionalism grant us all the credit due and satisfaction of having been a part of real change as what I have created allows all to participate and set up and ask others to join projects, Active, real life projects global and locally. We'll make real changes with all real life people from all over, all cultures, all diversities being heard and able to participate and aware. Might I suggest that you submit the groupsite to archive.org to be archived. That way, hopefully, our hard work will be available should anything happen to the digital space you've carved out.

Radhika, upon further thought - I think my idea of Evoke 4Ever too cutesy for the twibbon. Just keep it as Evoke Forever would be good.
I totally agree Evoke Forever will allow us to collaborate on a grander scale, more professional.
