The next chapter - politics

In my opinion, I think Evoke would be the perfect vehicle to deal with political campaigns and other political issues. Evokers could set up unbiased platform wikis about the issues at stake, help set up community voter registration and fraud-protection/watchdog groups and get information on any crooked dealings to the general public through various media and sources.

Here is my call to action:

In a crisis, it's important to be able to see what's happening in your area quickly so you can respond. That's why I'm calling on all mobile- and computer-enabled citizens to post updates about conditions, problems, solutions, needs and other issues to Twitter using the #AVLcrisis[cat] tag, using the following categories abbreviations:

  • CND (conditions on the ground)
  • RSP (crisis responders - EMTs, fire, ambulance, police, etc -…
