In March 10, 2020

In March 10, 2020, I would study in the university in Japan. I would get the bachelor of arts and I look for the job. At night, I would eat at Japanese restaurant with my friends. I would eat two pieces of sushi and Japanese noodle. The fish is salmon and tuna. In the noodle, there are shrimp tempura, green onion, and green seaweed. The fish and shrimp is from fishing port. the person who work at the restaurant buy the fish and the shrimp. The noodle is made from flour. The grain and the…

In March 10, 2020

Today, I'm graduated from University in Indonesia and my family went to my school and join my graduation day. I'm really excited, because I have worked really hard in University and I'm really tired of four years non-stop studying. After the graduation, we went to a restaurant in Jakarta to celebrate and eat dinner. In the restaurant, I'm having a chicken salad, spaghetti and meat pizza. I heard that the vegetables is grow by the worker in the restaurant, not from vegetable market, so it's…

It's March 10, 2020. What are you eating for dinner?

In March 10,2020, I would be in korea eating my dinner with my brother and sister. I would be rice and some soup with some kimchi. My food would be from a machine. I think that there will be a machine to make the food for us. I got the machine from internet. It will taste good because the recipe is from my mom and that recipe is inside the machine, so it will taste good.

It's 9 o'clock, I just get back from my office. I bought some new technology that I got from next door. It's expensive, but I pity with him. He said that this technology can serve food whatever we want as long as the battery still on. The day is cold and freezing, I quickly turn on this strange technology that can create food easily. Suddenly, when I turned on this technology, I heard sound that said "What can I do for you?". That sound is like robot girl that trap inside of water. I quickly…

I am going to eat dinner, my robot made me a spaghetti, its my favorite food. I get all the ingredients from my own house. It's March 10, 2020. What am I eating for dinner?

In March 10, 2020 I'll be a college student or something else. However, I am still going to have a dinner everyday. I don't know where I am going to be, but I might be with my family, or friends. The food that I am eating, will come from my house garden, because by the time it's 2020 many farmers would have stop growing crops and cattle. I might be a vegetarian that time because there are no more space for cattle to run around and be raise in organic healthy way. So, I have prepared this…

IMAGINE2: It's March 10, 2020. What are you eating for dinner? Blog Post

At 2020 I think I will be in Indonesia my hometown to have our family dinner every year, where our cousins and oversea family gather ones every year to eat together. Obviously, I think the food will come from the local farms that has more advance technology than today's farmers. I will buy the ingredients from a local supermarket with fair price. I also need to ensure that the food I will buy is healthy and fresh. I am the one prepare the appetizer while my mom who will cook the main course…

Food in 2020

In 2020, I would like for my food to have been prepared completely locally. Locally grown vegetables, locally grown fruit, locally grown herbs, and local livestock. Rather than being pumped full of pesticides and hormones that are potentially unsafe for long-term consumption, the food is all organic and humane. It tastes much better than the overly procesessed food today that is prepared halfway around the world, frozen, and shipped here.

Dinner in 2020

In 2020 once a week we will have dinner with our local community. Everyone in our neighbourhood is invited and brings something with him. We are growing some different vegetables in our own garden, that we can use for cooking. Today's serving: some conserved antipasti from the last harvest, mashed potatoes with local grilled fish and carrots, ice-cream made of local grown fruits. Eating together means a lot to us, because the world is getting more and more anonymous. Everyone is connected…

Dinner in 2020

Finally dinner is on the table! Today is the "Day of Neighborhood" and I'm sitting at the table with my neighbors. We live in a new fashion of mansion in the center of the city, but our apartments are all on the northern side of the building, because every floor of the southern side is covered with gardens, using vertical farming technique. Each family has its own garden and we plant all kinds of vegetables and crops on it. I have sweet onions, pumpkins and lettuce, and I often exchange it…

Dinner in 2020

I wait at the dinner table while the robot adds the finishing touches to a spicy Indian curry. My family sits around me, each waiting for their own unique dishes. One of my brothers has ordered a Mexican salsa with corn chips, while the other has a pan-fried trout with garlic and lemon. My dad has a prime New Zealand roast lamb and vegetables roasted in butter with mint sauce. My mum has the same dish but without it being roasted in butter. Since we upgraded our robot-chef, he can cook…

My dinner in 2020

It is May, 6th 2020. It is my birthday dinner! I prepared a three-course menu and invited some friends to my home. The first course is Basco, an indonesian soup with vegetables and glass noodles, but without meat. Meat consumption has been restricted by the European Union, in the way that every person in a first world country is allowed to consume meat only one time per week. Therefore we will have meat for the second course.

Because I have always loved italian food we are having an…

My dinner in 2022 ( IMAGINE2 )

I am sitting down to dinner with a group of my church friends. It is only rice but after sifting through rubble all day it tastes like the best meal I've ever had! Our chef is Shiori, the organiser of the missionary base set up to help those in need after the Japan earthquake and tsunami. The meal my friends and I are eating was from the late harvest from the rice fields in the neighbouring town who we recentley helped.

Imagine 2

I would be at my house/flat or one of my friends house/flat, always eating with other people because instead of us preparing a different meal each, we cook for all so there is no wasting of food and less wasting of electricity and energy. The food would be natural, organic and free-range, perhaps grown in my own garden and other stuff that can't be grown or made would be brought from a local shop. We would all prepare it so it's faster and more fun.

IMAGINE2

As I sit down in front of the dinner table, I ponder how far food sustainability has gone these few years. While food shortages have only worsened, many people have now taken the route that I have gone down- self-sustaining gardens, which help not only to provide food, but also lower carbon-dioxide. These now government endorsed gardens are beginning to catch on, and now, at least one or two dishes every day comes from this garden.

Imagine-Mission 2

In 2020, I am probably in college. I am probably eating with some friends after a long day at school. My food most likely came from a source within our community. It would just have been transferred to a restaurant, from which I bought it from. The cook nearby prepared it after it was delivered to him. The dish is probably a vegetable salad, as bread would be very scarce. It may possibly have some spicy vegetable dressing.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat. All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
